To make a purchase, you will be required to create an account.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email from shop@petexposg.com, which includes an order reference number.

Unfortunately we do not provide walk-in/ self-collection service. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during check out.

All our products sold will have reasonable shelf-life unless otherwise stated.

Once order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be strictly no cancellation, refunds or change of orders.

Our payment processor is Stripe; you may see Stripe, PetExpo and MP Singapore referenced on your credit card statement.


We are currently unable to ship outside of Singapore, and do not offer international shipping.

If you have ordered from multiple sellers in one order, your shipping fee will be based on the selected shipping option with each seller. The total shipping fee charged at checkout will be the sum of the individual shipping fees from each seller. This will be clearly indicated in your cart during checkout.
